Al and Lisa, along with their 4 children, live in Little Haiti, Florida as part of InnerCHANGE Horizons. Horizons pioneers InnerCHANGE teams and creative initiatives. Little Haiti is a neighborhood of Miami, FL and is home to nearly 45,000 Haitian immigrant residents and is richly diverse.

We envision holistic transformation within Little Haiti through humbly loving, listening and walking alongside our neighbors to develop lives rooted in the abundant life of Christ.

The process of holistic transformation seeks to identify and mobilize the community of Little Haiti towards its gifts, assets, and ingenuity in order to develop a multi-faceted flourishing community of hope and wellbeing.

We will prayerfully accomplish transformation through:

• proclamation of the Gospel
• discipleship
• freedom/healing prayer
• biblical justice initiatives
• empowering local leaders
